Sorry that is BULL CRAP!!!! STEALING IS STEALING no matter what the item is!!!!! She could of had other belongings in the bag as well!! To be treated this way is disgusting! No compensation at all? We spend so much money to be able to get these gifts. She went to security and contacted her host and was told there was nothing that could be done becsuse it was gift. my mother's bag that had her gift in it and it was stolen. sorry not our (players) fault that they've made mistakes and are being sued!!!!! But today put the icing on the cake. probably because all the law suits they have going on they need to make their money back. the machines have been so tight!!! Can never win anything anymore there. lose a couple hundred and all they give is 20 or 50 free slot play. VERY VERY disappointed and discouraged with this place!!!! To start off my mother and I are very high card members and spend tons of money and are never treated well at all.
